Any time you visit Ultra Tune Bundaberg East or West for a service, you’ll leave our workshop with FREE 6-month access to our Roadside Assist program! There’s no such thing as a good time to have a break down. Whether it’s a flat battery, empty petrol tank or you’re experiencing some other issue, Ultra Tune’s Roadside Assist can come to you at the push of a button. The Roadside team will help out in any way they can, including refuelling, jump starting or having your car towed to one of 260 Ultra Tune workshops nationwide.
Ultra Tune Roadside Assist is supplied right around Australia. That means if you’re heading out of Bundaberg for a holiday, you can still contact us for help. Roadside Assist is something we’re proud to offer on top of the 6-month National Warranty on all parts and services. If the issue is a little more tricky, we’ll arrange to have your vehicle towed up to 10km to our nearest workshop so our mechanics can take a closer look. Customers are also welcome to get in touch with our Roadside Assist team if they’ve done something like lock their keys in the car. We’ll be more than happy to connect you to other services who can give you a hand.
While we’re always here if you need help, Ultra Tune Roadside Assist can’t tow any vehicles after an accident. If you’re ever unsure, just give us a ring and we’ll get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.
